    Responsibilities

    • Possesses ability to learn payroll processing (domestic and international)
    • Review time/attendance information and manage PTO
    • Adhere to scheduled deadlines for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
    • Accurately process HR changes using ADP Workforce Now  
    • Verify data entry of new hires, termination, and various status changes
    • Create ad hoc custom reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, graphs)
    • Run reports for management as needed using ADP Reporting
    • Work with HR on various projects such as benefits enrollments and term process

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Interest/experience with supporting HR and Payroll
    • Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, graphs)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High reliability and accountability 

    Strong Pluses

    • ADP Workforce Now experience
    • ADP Streamline platform experience
    • HR training or certifications
    • Bachelor's degree
