    Responsibilities

    • Research and Respond to RFI's, RFP's, SOW/s, and other pre-sales document requests
    • Collect and generate documentation for customer system requirements
    • Provide on-boarding, training, integration support for new/existing customers
    • Provide post-sales Tier II/III customer support, interfacing with Validation and Engineering as needed
    • Assist and/or lead homologation efforts with carriers and other certification matters
    • Write test plans, project system specifications, training materials, etc
    • Develop scripts and configure devices according to customer requirements
    • Report sales progress and customer issues to sales team pro-actively and with regularity
    • Demonstrate and educate prospects on the company’s product line and overall capabilities
    • Visit prospects onsite for any and all of the above duties, meeting with a variety of stakeholders from Engineers to C-Level’s
    • Provide a smooth transition of the solution post-sale to the integration and support team

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

     

    • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales activities similar to the responsibilities of this position
    • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related 
    • Highly proficient e-mail, telephone, and in-person communication skills
