Responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, test and deploy business information systems to support user business flows.
  • Hands-on ownership of Oracle implementation projects and drive them to completion in within time and budget allocation working along with users
  • Analyze Financial Planning and Reporting needs of the company and design and deploy system solutions
  • Enable users with knowledge in using business system platforms by conducting workshops and joint testing sessions.
  • Manage work and deliverables of 3rd-party ERP project contractors/consultants engaged to study and improve the company’s business system flows within or outside of Oracle Cloud platforms

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • A college degree (BA/BS) in Accounting and/or Computer Information systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Additional Business Information systems training and/or job experience
  • Additional Financial systems training or experience
  • Project Management certification or experience in lieu of certification
  • Excellent staff management skills
  • Ability to interface with senior management
  • Three to five years of management and hands-on experience with Oracle projects
  • A service-oriented approach in dealing with internal customers
  • Ability to thrive in multi-tasking, stressful, yet forwardly mobile, technology environments

  • Pleasing personality which helps in constructively discussing user challenges and obtaining user buy-ins
  • Energizing participation in a team-oriented culture within and outside of IT
