Responsibilities

  • Perform Month End tasks
  • Creating and maintaining a CRM database
  • Sales Support & logistics (worldwide):
  • Coordinate international shipping, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain
  • Manage sales tracking tools and reports on ERP system and MS Excel
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports: KPI’s sales performance and Business Process Review (BPR)
  • Support VP Europe: Liaise with EMEA Sales VP to develop customer needs and research potential new markets
  • Support VP Europe: Visits to EMEA licensees, including preparation and debrief
  • Support VP Europe: Suggest ways to increase licensee and LoJack profits by constantly improving our knowledge of licensees’ markets.
  • Support VP Europe: Develop and monitor short and long-term EMEA sales strategies
  • Support VP Europe: Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems in the EMEA market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in Sales or Marketing
  • Previous experience of an international sales environment
  • Good level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exhibit a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude and be naturally engaging
  • A lateral thinker with keen business acumen, strong analytical skills
  • Awareness of international sales/business concepts, practices and procedures
  • Pro-active, focused driven to achieve results
  • Self-confident, customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal & communications skills
  • Self-motivated, organized with good time management skills
  • Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales
