Currently, we are seeking a Operations Specialist with at least 1 year of experience.     • Identify areas of improvement for order administration efficiency working with management team to develop and implement.
    • Prepare and distribute daily completed and pending shipment reports.
    • Item shipment verification daily for orders shipped on previous day.
    • Manage efax order email box daily for all order types. 
    • Process sales quotes and RMA requests in Salesforce and ERP system.
    • Update/Create new account records in Salesforce.
    • Process all necessary functions to complete the entire RMA process.
    • Process repair requests for repair vendor and update vendor Masterfile daily.
    • Prepare customer monthly billing based on repair vendor’s Masterfile details.
    • Monthly review of all open RMA’s in Salesforce, closing all that are three months or older.
    • Maintain all process documentation as procedures and systems change.
    • Communicate with sales, warehouse, demand and fulfillment, support, and finance teams. 
    • Manage contract details after completion of orders.


    Must Haves

    • Expert with Microsoft Outlook/Calendar
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Outstanding work ethic
    • Willingness and ability
    • Good team player with positive attitude
    • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without supervision
    • Self-motivator with attention to details and ability to build internal and external positive rapport 


    Strong Pluses

    • Experience using Salesforce.com
    • Experience using Enterprise Management Software
    • Some technical knowledge with PCs, phones, and GPS
