Currently, we are seeking a Dispatcher with at least 3 years experience.   • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Dispatches and routes Nationwide field personnel via text, e-mail, telephone and through Systems for scheduled field-related work
  • Intermediate knowledge of LoJack systems, products and services
  • Sound knowledge of US geography
  • Able to understand and utilize LoJack Systems for field service status and job support
  • Manually updates systems as needed after auto-optimization has been completed
  • Schedules, routes, and reschedules installation and service calls for customers
  • Contacts customers on pre-call basis by telephone for Field Operations
  • Closely watch and reassign jobs in Systems if field staff is running late or job is in jeopardy
  • Assists Field Operations with real-time activity alerts and real-time fleet mapping
  • Performs hand-offs within and outside his/her group for lunches, breaks, and shift changes
  • Able to verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner instructions to field personnel
  • Develops and interacts with Field Operations leadership Team to bring collaboration of field and dispatch efforts to a maximum efficiency level


Must Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 
  • 3-5 years customer service experience and knowledge of local geography and outlying areas required. 
  • 3-5 years of dispatching and scheduling preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite experience a plus
