The Customer Support Operations Center requires experienced agents with Call Center operations and Customer Service. The agent will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent and efficient customer service. Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information.
The Customer Service Representative will primarily answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the Company’s database.
