    Responsibilities

    The Customer Support Operations Center requires experienced agents with Call Center operations and Customer Service. The agent will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent and efficient customer service. Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information.

     

    The Customer Service Representative will primarily answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the Company’s database.

     

    • Answer inbound calls promptly with emphasis on high quality customer service
    • Answer questions, resolves problems and updates information in systems as required
    • Determines requirements by working with customers
    • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
    • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
    • Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
    • Maintains call center database by entering information
    • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
    • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

     

     

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Minimum 1 year related professional experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Effective written and oral communication skills

     

    Strong Pluses

    • Bilingual / Spanish language ability
    • Data entry experience
