Currently, we are seeking a Coomand Control Operator with at least 2 years of experience.     Responsibilities

    • Analyse each alert promptly when it enters our system
    • Research problems areas and document processes used for corrective action
    • Log and track inquiries and compile client statistics 
    • Assist in client training and answering routine questions from clients via e-mail & phone
    • Perform routine administrative duties on our system
    • Assist in training new Monitoring Agents after achieving proficiency
    • Miscellaneous projects to be defined as dictated by business need and/or job offer

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Able to work independently in our secure office facility
    • Able to work the specified schedule
    • PC literacy & proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong written & spoken communications skills
    • Customer service-oriented
    • Pass background screening within 30 days of job offer

     

    Strong Pluses

    • 2 years inbound contact center experience dealing with complex issues
    • strong excel skills a plus
    • Contact center leadership a very strong plus
    • basic understanding of troubleshooting IoT devices
