    This position is for LoJack, a CalAmp company based in beautiful Canton, Massachusetts.

Currently, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with at least 2 years experience.     Responsibilities

    • Contact potential and existing automotive dealers to promote CalAmp products and services
    • Answer questions about products or the company
    • Determine roadblocks and solutions to drive revenue
    • Enter and update customer information in the CRM database
    • Build and leverage with other company departments to solve problems
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
    • Go the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
    • Strong follow-up process

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Proven experience as telemarketing representative or other inside sales/customer service role
    • Proven ability to exceed quota
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an inside sales environment
    • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
    • Outstanding ability to resolve issues and address complaints

    Strong Pluses

    • Automotive experience
    • Salesforce experience
