Currently, we are seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant.     Responsibilities

    • Takes incoming calls and routes them accordingly
    • Sorts all incoming mail from US Post Office and courier services
    • Opens, sorts and dates stamp all incoming invoices
    • Date stamps incoming checks for accounting
    • Receives all outgoing mail daily, adds postage and sort for delivery
    • Prepares FedEx envelopes/packages as needed by HR Dept
    • Makes badges for new hires, agency temps and visitors
    • Orders coffee supplies and stock kitchen daily
    • Orders lunch for business meetings
    • Orders business cards
    • Orders office supplies, maintains inventory and stocking of all office supplies
    • Assists with employee events
    • Creates Name Plates for new hires
    • Restocks Executive refrigerator weekly
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Telephone skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Organized and able to prioritize duties efficiently
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

     

    Strong Pluses

    • Any HR or payroll experience
