    Responsibilities

    • Lead cross functional teams to drive the development, implementation and deployment of complex Internal and External Facing Programs for Professional Services
    • Be able to evaluate project feasibility, create cross-functional teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) across multiple time zones, manage budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
    • Perform project estimation, budget management, formulate project scope and delivery strategies, establish milestones/schedules, maintain & report project status, and monitor progress of all team members

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • 7+ years of experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management
    • Must have experience with large-scale technical projects be able to drive them to completion on time and on budget
    • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
    • Must possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of an IoT landscape
    • Work well with internal and external personnel to establish and maintain program direction, setting appropriate expectations and insuring our services meet our high operational excellence standards
    • Must be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking

    Strong Pluses

    • Maturity of judgment, Negotiation/influence skills
    • Analytical skills, and Leadership skills
    • Candidates possessing a background in mechanical/electrical engineering, software/hardware engineering, who have transitioned to a program management discipline will have a distinct advantage.
    • Exceptional Communications Skills, both written and verbally
