    Responsibilities

    • Work closey with VE manager on workload and priorities for region
    • Perform Reverse Engineering and Validation of vehicle bus interfaces
    • Support vehicle profile updates to VE database
    • Coordinate with development engineers to facilitate implementation of new/updated vehicle profiles and resolve technical issues
    • Work with the FAE team to assist customers in addressing vehicle interface or compatibility issues.
       

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • 8+ years in a technical role in the automotive field working with vehicle interfaces and data
    • 5+ years working directly with OBD/EOBD vehicle bus interfaces and data.
    • Strong background in automotive diagnostic tools, data loggers, and data analysis tools
    • Solid working knowledge of Vector CANalyzer and CANoe platforms with extensive hands-on experience.
    • Strong technical problem solving skills
    • BSEE or BSCS
    • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
