    • Installs, configures, and upgrades approved hardware, software, phones, and computer-related peripherals
    • Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting and support
    • Processes all support interactions within HelpDesk ticketing system
    • Maintains office networked printers
    • Documents new procedures and information and updates current documentation
    • Assists in updating inventory lists and IT maps
    • Assists engineering teams with infrastructure maintenance and deployments as needed
    • Other duties as may be assigned


    Must Haves

    • Ability to follow direction, work independently, and work as a collaborative team member

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional appearance

    • Highly motivated with desire to learn new tools and technology
    • 1+ yrs supporting end-user technology (including Windows 7, 10, iOS, Android, Linux)
    • 1+ yrs experience with Windows server technology (Windows 2008+, Active Directory)


    Strong Pluses

    • Experience with Help Desk Ticketing systems
    • Experience supporting Executive-level staff
    • Experience with Server technology (Windows 2012+, SQL Server, SharePoint, Linux)
    • Experience with Powershell, CLI
    • Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Linux, ITIL
    • Involvement with company-wide new deployments or migration efforts
