    Responsibilities

    • Strategic and operational ownership for the following: IT server/cloud operations, end user services, IT data center operations, phone and network operations, production support, messaging services and disaster recovery.
    • Partner with the security function to ensure compliance standards and processes are met.
    • Determine outsourcing strategy and manages vendors to provide high quality, low cost outsourcing services to the business.
    • Drive operational excellence; highly scalable and reliable infrastructure, excellent customer service, efficient and agile operations measured with industry leading metrics.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations to ensure their infrastructure expectations are being met and priorities are set at the appropriate level.
    • Develop and manage plan of record and complete major projects within approved budget.

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • At least 10 years of experience leading and managing an IT organization or infrastructure group in a high technology company
    • Excellent change management skills and ability to operate effectively in fast paced environment
    • Experience with Cloud Computing, IaaS, and other forms of service based computing models
    • Demonstrated strength in contract negotiations, vendor management, and capacity planning in a fast growth environment
    • Knowledgeable in compliance and information security
    • Current on business applications, trends in Information Technology and experience evaluating/implementing outsources solutions and service providers
    • A process-oriented individual, with strong project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
    • Candidate must have proven ability to consistently and collaboratively resolve issues, mitigate roadblocks, and meets all financial and management goals on time. Will be a self-starter who maps own direction to succeed
    • Excellent team management, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Strong business / relevant industry acumen with the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand business priorities, operations, and IT enablement potential

     

    Strong Pluses

    • Experience leading full scale cloud migration activities
    • Experience with Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) with a track record of rapidly integrating acquired businesses
