    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for various general ledger accounts for month-end close processes, such as fixed assets, cash, prepaid assets, inventory, accrued liabilities, etc.
    • Preparation of account and bank reconciliations
    • Preparation of ad hoc internal reports
    • Assist in Accounts Payable processing and month-end responsibilities
    • Collaboration with other team members on complex accounting transactions
    • Assist management with year-end audit and quarterly review
    • Ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements over responsible areas
    • Other ad hoc projects as needed

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Four years of public/private accounting experience; public company experience a plus
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related fields
    • General ledger accounting experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize deadlines
    • Ability to travel to other domestic and/or international corporate office locations to assist in month-end close processes

     

    Strong Pluses

    • Advanced experience with various general ledger systems
    • Experience with FAS, NetSuite, Solomon, or Oracle a plus
    • Experience with Flash Reports
