    Responsibilities

    Who we are looking For: Experienced Global Sales Operations professionals. In this role, you will work with all Global Sales related teams in support of revenue and operational excellence goals.

     

    • You will support all areas within Global Sales Operations and Global Sales VPs and their teams across Global Accounts, North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA, Channel, Auto, LoJack, SMB, Commercial, and Supply Chain Integrity.
    • In this role, your responsibilities will include all aspects of Global Sales Operations including: Sales strategy and planning, Sales tools, CRM, forecasting, pricing, CPQ, RFPs, contracts, data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, training, surveys, events, territory planning, quotas, Sales compensation, Sales process optimization, M&A integration, market research, and people management.
      Key liaison between Global Sales, PLM, SCM, IT, Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Legal.
    • Reporting and analysis for Global Sales and Global Sales Operations departments, including; creation, delivery and automation of executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
    • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the Global Sales org.
    • Proactively monitor and provide regular forecasting for both financial forecasting and demand planning.
      Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous sales process improvements.
    • Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are met in a timely fashion.
    • Provide sales reporting and analytics support for SVP Global Sales, Sales VPs and quarterly business reviews.
    • Provides timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
    • Create and automate reports, perform data analysis, and provide meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day-to-day sales operations and initiatives for the sales organization.

     

    Qualifications

    Must Haves:

    • 7-10+ years in a Global Sales Operations Sr. Manager or similar roles supporting many Sales teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance or related degree.
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Business Intelligence dashboards and MS Office suite.
    • Extensive data analytics, business process and demand forecasting experience.
    • Experience leading professional teams.
    • Preference for local candidates, relocation available.
    • Ability to travel as needed < 10%.

    Strong Pluses:

    • Multi lingual, PM certification, IoT industry experience
      Companies with similar equivalent roles:
      HP, Microsoft, BD, Amazon
