Currently, we are seeking a Program Manager with at least 7 years of experience to assist us with a large-scare factory / EMS transition.     Responsibilities

    This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity primarily focused on a multi-faceted factory transition from internal entity to third party manufacturer with a fixed and aggressive timeline. This opportunity can worked from any of our Centers of Excellence in Irvine, CA, Carlsbad, CA, Richardson, TX or Eden Prairie, MN.

    • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to insure coordination and synchronization of program activities, dependencies and milestones
    • Manage constraints of limited and shared resources/subject matter experts
    • Provide primary program interface to external entities and key impacted customers
    • Monitor program metrics and provide measured escalation
    • Manage program risk and develop mitigation strategies
    • Monitor development and product cost to insure program success

    Qualifications

    Must Haves

    • Electronics Industry knowledge
    • Experience working with Tier 1 EMS (electronic manufacturing service) providers (i.e. Flex, Wistron, Sanmina, Foxconn, etc)
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • MS Project

     

    Strong Pluses

    • Experience with large scale factory/EMS provider transitions
    • Experience with reverse logistics, RMA process, repair center
    • PMP Certification
    • MSEE, MSCE, or MBA
