Currently, we are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance professional with at least 5 years of experience.     • Interface directly with customers in support of Quality Reporting, Issue Resolution, and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
    • Own and manage Corrective Action Report (CAR) submittals and records.
    • Assist with managent of Quality Management System (QMS)/ISO9001 certification
    • Interface with CalAmp NPI and Engineering groups to initiate and facilitate product design/process improvements.
    • Manage communications/workflows related to internal issue resolution.
    • Monitor field failure rates, trend analysis, target primary failure modes for improvement.



    Must Haves

    • Experience with electronics (PCBA centric) manufacturing and related industry standards, quality protocols
    • Comprehensive understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO9001, TS16949 (APQP)
    • Relevant experience in a customer-facing quality role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's in Engineering


    Strong Pluses

    • Six Sigma Greenbelt / Blackbelt certification
    • Quality related certification (i.e. ASQ)
