  • Design and implement full-funnel nurture workflows to sustain prospect engagement and retarget prior leads with personalized content and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong alignment with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead handoff, lead scoring, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Translate campaign performance into business outcomes, owning pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Leverage Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g. Pardot), and ABM tools to track performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Establish a high-quality content pipeline in collaboration with Product Marketing to create impactful assets that elevate brand perception and campaign engagement.
  • Create and manage budgets to maximize ROI on media spend, technology platforms, and agency partnerships.
  • Build and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal marketing contributors, ensuring campaign excellence and timely delivery.
  • Develop compelling campaigns and creative assets that establish CalAmp as a market leader in telematics and IoT.
  • Oversee technical implementation of lead forms and landing pages, ensuring backend systems function flawlessly and support campaign objectives.
